Joins us in the heart of the Aztec Empire and former seat of the Viceroyalty of New Spain. We'll stay at a Quaker guest house, tour the streets of the historic center with a Mexican historian, work with a local artists cooperative, and generally immerse ourselves in the most vibrant city in the world. We'll also take day trips to the famed pyramids of Teotihuacan, the largest pyramid in the world in Cholula, and learn Mexican culinary history in the oldest convent in the Americas in the nearby state of Puebla. Don't worry, we've built in plenty of time to discuss and explore the world around us.
